We waited almost 40 minutes for our food and no one told us anything. The food itself was good, though.

    Your reply

Petr, thank you for your honesty, and we are sorry. Forty minutes without an explanation is too long. We have discussed it with the team and would appreciate another chance.

Good coffee, but it is so busy at weekends that finding a seat is difficult.

    Your reply

Martin, thanks for your feedback. Weekends do get busy here; weekday mornings are quieter. We would love you to give them a try.

A lovely place, but a few more vegan options would be welcome.

Thank you, Tereza! We have passed your suggestion to the kitchen and are preparing two new options. We would love you to come and try them.
