Do you reply to older reviews too?
We prepare drafts for reviews received after your Google profile is connected and the service is active. You can view older reviews in the history. Contact help@wewriteback.com to arrange replies to older reviews in advance.
What if I receive more reviews than my plan includes?
New AI drafts pause at your calendar-month limit. Existing drafts and manual replies remain available with an active plan. A plan change takes effect after the next paid renewal; contact us if you need a custom limit sooner.
What currency and taxes will I pay?
All plans are charged in US dollars. Prices exclude applicable taxes; Stripe shows the exact tax and total before payment. Your bank may charge a conversion fee. Invoices and credit notes are available in your account.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. Manage your plan in the app. The new price and limit apply after the next monthly invoice is paid; we do not charge for a partial-month upgrade.
Can I explore the app first?
Yes. The demo shows a fictional business with reviews, reply drafts and settings. No sign-up needed.
Do I pay Google anything?
No. A Google Business Profile is free. You only pay for our service. We are an independent service, not a Google partner.
