WeWriteBack.com
WeWriteBack.com terms of service
Effective from publication of this version. Version 2026-10-11.en.1.
1. Service provider
WeWriteBack.com is operated by Future Developments s.r.o., company ID 03472451, VAT ID CZ03472451, with its registered office at Rybná 716/24, Staré Město, 110 00 Prague 1, Czechia. Contact for support, complaints and service cancellation: help@wewriteback.com. The service is intended for companies and sole traders for their business activities.
2. What the service does
The app loads reviews from connected Google Business Profiles, prepares AI reply drafts, and lets you edit, approve and publish them. Drafts may contain errors; the customer is responsible for factual accuracy and authorization to publish a reply. Automatic mode is off by default. After the owner explicitly enables it, the service may publish replies according to the configured rules without individual approval.
3. Account and Google access
The customer provides accurate contact and billing details and only grants access to profiles they are authorized to manage. The owner sets colleagues' permissions; a location manager only sees their assigned location. Connect a profile by authorizing a Google account and selecting a business, or add us as a manager. The Google account can differ from your WeWriteBack login. We do not need your Google password; you confirm permissions directly with Google. You can disconnect a location in the app; replies stop and its saved content is removed. You can also revoke the app's authorization in your Google account. We will remove our manager access within seven working days.
4. Prices and payments
Start costs USD 49.99 per month and includes drafts for up to 100 new eligible reviews per calendar month. Pro costs USD 89.99 per month and includes up to 250. Prices exclude applicable taxes. The limit applies to the entire customer account and resets at the start of each calendar month in UTC. Drafting starts for reviews received after the profile is connected and the service is active. Historical reviews and custom arrangements for multiple locations require a separate agreement. Checkout lists the supported billing countries and shows the tax and exact total before payment. Charges, invoices and credit notes are in US dollars, to the nearest cent; your bank may apply conversion fees. Stripe issues the invoices and credit notes available in your account. There is no separate second payment for an accounting copy.
The first billing period starts when we prepare the invoice; paying later does not move its service dates. Unpaid first attempts are closed after seven days during reconciliation. If the old invoice has been voided, return to setup to prepare a fresh one. Your plan renews automatically each month. The owner manages the plan, payment method and cancellation through Stripe's plan and payment management. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Plan changes do not result in prorated charges for the current period. The new price and plan limits apply to the next monthly period once its invoice is paid. With consent to recurring payments, we use the saved card to pay prepared monthly invoices. If payment requires confirmation or no card is saved, the owner completes it on Stripe's payment page. New drafts and publishing pause if payment is not made or the paid period ends. New AI drafts pause when the monthly limit is reached; prepared or manually written replies can still be approved and published with an active plan. We do not provide an automatic free trial; any individual access is confirmed separately.
5. Content, availability and complaints
The service does not guarantee changes in ratings, search rankings or review volume. We are an independent service, not a Google partner, and Google Business Profile is free. Availability also depends on Google and other providers. Before paying, confirm that you manage a verified Google Business Profile. If connection fails after payment, contact help@wewriteback.com with your account email; we will investigate before you make another payment. If we cannot activate the service because of a problem in our service, we will refund the unused subscription period. Other justified complaints will receive an agreed remedy or appropriate refund.
6. Processing customer data
This section forms the data processing agreement. For personal data in reviews and replies, the customer is the controller and Future Developments s.r.o. is the processor. Processing consists of retrieving, temporarily storing and displaying reviews, preparing drafts, maintaining recent edit history and publishing authorized replies for the duration of the service. Data subjects are reviewers and people mentioned in their reviews; data may include public names, text, ratings, timestamps and replies. We act only on the customer's documented instructions, including profile connection, settings and approvals, and instructions concerning international transfers, unless the law requires otherwise. We will inform the customer of a legal requirement before processing unless prohibited by law, and immediately flag an instruction we believe infringes data protection law. The customer must not supply unnecessary sensitive data.
People authorized to handle customer data are bound by confidentiality. We apply access controls, encrypted access tokens, secure transmission and measures appropriate to the risks under Article 32 GDPR. Taking account of the processing and information available to us, we assist with data subject requests and the customer's obligations under Articles 32–36, including breaches, impact assessments and prior consultation. We notify the customer without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach and cooperate with investigation and remediation.
Google content is a temporary cache, not a permanent archive. Google profile details and reviews expire from the primary cache after 21 days without refresh; related edit history expires after 21 days. Pending jobs do not extend this period. Disconnecting a location removes its cached Google profile details, reviews and history; independently supplied customer identity can remain. Before ending the service, the customer can request return or deletion of the personal data still held for them. We then delete remaining copies unless the law requires retention; return requests do not extend Google's storage limits. Expired cache data cannot be recovered as an account archive. Operational backups must expire within seven days and may be used only for recovery, with deletion rules reapplied after restoration.
The customer gives general authorization for the subprocessors listed on the Privacy page. We impose equivalent data protection duties on them and remain responsible for their performance of those duties. We notify the account owner at least 30 days before each intended subprocessor addition or replacement and allow objections at help@wewriteback.com. We work with the customer to resolve an objection; if no reasonable solution is available, the customer may terminate the affected service before the change. We provide information needed to demonstrate compliance and allow proportionate audits, including inspections, by the customer or an auditor they appoint, subject to confidentiality and protection of other customers' data.
7. Changes and governing law
We inform the account owner of material price or terms changes before they take effect. The customer may cancel the subscription before the change. A period already paid for remains subject to the terms in force when it was paid. Czech law governs the relationship; mandatory statutory provisions remain unaffected.
